Vendor needs to provide professional engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Lathrop, CA. 1. Pilot study/basis of design report:– Review previous technical studies, water master plan documents. 2. Plans, specifications and estimates:– Prepare detailed plans, technical specifications, engineer’s estimate, and bid schedule for construction. 3. Bidding assistance:– Provide technical support during bidding, attend pre–bid meetings, prepare addenda, and assist in bid analysis and award recommendation. 4. Engineering support services during construction:– Provide engineering support to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, including participation in construction meetings, responding to RFIs, reviewing change orders and invoices, monitoring schedules, and preparing record drawings.
