A government authority in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking professional engineering consultant services for several near-term wastewater treatment plant expansion and revitalization projects. The scope of work includes engineering design, permitting, bidding, project management, and construction management.
Specific tasks involve development and oversight for projects such as an anaerobic digestion process facility, a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit and enclosure, upgrades to primary clarifier pumps, rehabilitation and mechanism replacement for secondary clarifiers, slide gate replacement at raw sewage wet wells, rehabilitation and expansion of the biogas treatment system, decommissioning existing digesters, and the design of a medium-voltage electrical distribution loop.
