(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and architecture services to the government authority located in Baxter, MN. • Provide comprehensive engineering and architecture services for all public works functions. • Traffic modeling and planning services. • Hydraulic modeling and utility analyses. • Public works planning and studies. • Facilities planning, engineering, architecture, and construction. • Construction contract administration and inspection. • Surveying, GIS, and CAD support. • Geotechnical and materials testing. • Project documentation and as–builts. • 3rd party development plan review services. • Water and wastewater process engineering.
