(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development, instructional coaching, walkthrough, absence management and evaluation management software. – For proposal to identify, select, implement, and operationalize a professional development management platform, an instructional coaching platform, an absence management platform, and an employee evaluation management platform to realize this vision. – Professional development management and absence management platforms. – The absence management technology solution is intended to support the daily process of managing employee absences. – The solution offered will provide automated substitute placement when absences require a substitute. – Professional development management, observation and coaching and absence management can be issued in conjunction with, or distinctly from, proposals for evaluation management. – The solution will also provide reporting mechanisms to allow the district to analyse data to assist with making strategic decisions.
