The government authority located in Erie, Pennsylvania seeks a professional developer partner and affordable housing consultant to provide services focused on the preservation and rehabilitation of existing housing units. The selected partner will also contribute to the creation of new plans or programs designed to expand the affordable housing inventory in the region.

Scope of work will include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations pertinent to housing preservation and development, as well as expertise in key programs such as the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, Project-Based Rental Assistance, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and the HOME Investment Partnerships program.

The consultant will be expected to guide and support the authority on projects involving both the maintenance of current housing resources and strategic growth through new initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices for affordable housing development.
