Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Lakeland, TN. – Provide professional design services for the city pickleball courts. – Provide professional services including site development, architectural design, structural design, landscape architecture, geotechnical analysis, and other services required for the design of the pickleball facility site. – Provide engineer’s opinion of probable cost for construction of the pickleball facility and all site improvements. – Prepare construction plans and bid book for project and any other ancillary responsibilities and submittals as needed for a full and complete set of construction plans and specifications.
