(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design engineering services to the government authority located in Illinois.– Design task order assignments include the visioning, planning, design, engineering, and or management of streetscapes, multimodal improvements, commercial corridor improvements, on street bicycle facilities, pedestrian safety improvements, off–street trails, recreation and riverfront, neighbourhood plazas, small gathering spaces, landscape beautification, sustainable infrastructure, community identifiers, site furnishings, architecturalelements and lighting, and pedestrian and street lighting, corridor studies, feasibility studies, alternative analyses, visioning plans, concept plans, master plans, framework plans, guidelines, and best management practices.– Design engineering including the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for public spaces. – Project types include, but are not limited to: plazas, pocket parks, people spots, seating areas, tactical urbanism projects, and placemaking projects.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
