(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction services to the government authority located in Mesquite, TX. – Establish a pool of qualified suppliers offering construction professional services. – Purpose of creating a pool of qualified service providers. – The pool of qualified service providers on an as–need basis. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Virtual pre–conference will be held on December 19, 2025. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
