A government authority in Durham, NC is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a rail trail project. The selected construction manager will oversee both preconstruction and construction phases, including tasks such as constructability review, value analysis, cost modeling, quality assurance and control, project scheduling, logistics and phasing, as well as comprehensive construction management services.
