(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Durham, NC. – provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for preconstruction and construction of rail trail. – Pre-construction and constructability review, value analysis and cost models, quality assurance and quality control, scheduling, logistics and phasing, and construction phase services. – Include modified pre-construction phase services up to and including the negotiation of the preliminary guaranteed maximum price. – Include the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal and construction management of the project from bid to close-out. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
