(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction management at risk services to the government authority located in South Carolina.– Provide comprehensive pre–construction and construction services for the Project.– Architect/Engineer to execute all design services, construction documents, site permitting services, and limited construction observation for the project.– Architect/Engineer will develop the construction document set to a schematic design level (+/–75%) of completeness and then work with the selected CMaR to refine the construction document set to a 100% level of completeness.– Provide comprehensive pre–construction and construction services for the addition/construction of the existing civic and cultural buildings.– Review the design and other construction documents and make recommendations to the Town as to value engineering, constructability, suitability of materials and equipment, scheduling, time, methods and sequence of construction and the clarity, consistency and coordination of documentation.– Perform periodic detailed cost estimates for the entire project and for phases or portions of the work, cooperating with the Architect to reconcile any differences.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
