(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction management and inspection service to the government authority located in Wildomar, CA. – Develop an integrated cost and schedule information system to provide up to date and accurate information regarding schedule, budgets, expenditures, and change orders to engineer. – Primary contractor work activities, including major submittals required accomplishing the work. – The initial master project schedule will be developed based on information available. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
