(1) Vendor needs to provide professional civil engineering services to the government authority located in Newport, RI. – Professional civil engineering services for the reconstruction of the Ocean Avenue structures contained herein. – Construction administration services associated with this work is also included. – Create construction including, but not limited to, plans, specifications, engineer’s cost estimate, and distribution of quantities for each area. – Reimbursable expenses shall be identified and an allotment determined to cover all reimbursable expenses. – Preparation of environmental permits (e.g., CRMC maintenance assent, RIDEM Water Quality Certification) will be included. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
