DESCRIPTION

A government authority in North Scituate, Rhode Island is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional auditing and agreed-upon procedures services for its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The contract includes the potential for a four-year extension, covering fiscal years ending June 30, 2027 through June 30, 2030.

The selected vendor will conduct an audit in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards, providing an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements.
