Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and design services to the government authority located in Long Beach, NY. Provide design and construction administration services for the new construction of the 2nd floor firefighter barracks. Design documents for bidding and construction. Construction administration for shop drawing review, field visits and reports to ensure conformance. The architect shall be the lead consultant and engage engineering consultant design services to provide a complete design package for construction. Drawings depicting floor plans, elevations and details to delineate design. Provide a written recommendation to regarding the award of construction contracts. Provide full construction administration to include review of all shop drawings for construction documents content and any ancillary related shop drawings. Provide on-site field review of installations to include field reports for contractor's review and compliance.
