Vendor needs to provide continuing professional architectural services to the government authority located in FL. The intent of this solicitation is to select one or more qualified firms to provide professional architectural services on an as-needed basis for projects that are limited in scope, cost, and duration as defined. The selected firm(s) shall provide architectural design and related professional services for various projects, which may include, but are not limited to: feasibility studies, planning, and programming; design, design development, and construction documentation; renovation, alteration, remodelling, or repair of existing facilities; site development related to architectural projects; construction administration and observation services.
