(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural services to the government authority located in Panama, FL.– Provide assistance and teaming with the city to scope a potential new or storm damaged facility or improvements to an existing facility requiring improvement due to deterioration or aging.– Providing support services to the lead Firm, capable of providing general architectural design services such as assisting in the development of initial scope of project, design, bid and inspection services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025.
