(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural engineering and related services to the government authority located in Ashburn, VA. – Provide laboratory design and construction services for a new standalone facility and for the expansion and renovation of the existing operations complex. – Project includes the planning, design, coordination, and construction of a new laboratory facility to support present and future analytical needs for the facility in addition to expansion and renovation of the existing operations complex to meet present and future operations and maintenance needs for the facility. – Preliminary design, planning, and assessment activities have been completed by Black and Veatch or, including initial evaluations of the existing space, operational needs, and programmatic requirements. – Provide multi-disciplinary services on a time and materials not to exceed task order basis. – Planning, civil, architectural, structural, engineering, construction document preparation to include construction drawings and specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration services during the course of construction of the facilities designed under this agreement. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026. (3) Mandatory site visit will be held on January 29, 2026.
