The government authority in Eastpoint, Florida is seeking a vendor to deliver professional architectural continuing services for a range of school-related projects. The scope includes architectural design services encompassing remodels, renovations, additions, expansions, new construction, technology upgrades, retrofits, and energy efficiency improvements. Projects may be supported by Department of Education–approved grants and involve energy rebate processing.

Services required also cover minor renovations, classroom reconfigurations, roofing analysis and design, ADA and code compliance upgrades, life safety improvements, and various building repairs and maintenance activities.
