(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural consulting services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Providing design services conceptual design through construction documents, bidding and negotiation services, and construction phase services.– Professional Architectural Services required under this contract may include the following projects:– Relocation and development of general aviation facilities.– Modifications to airport tenant spaces.– Analysis of existing commission–owned buildings.– Modifications to existing commission–owned buildings.– Airport maintenance facilities.– Terminal building and concourse modifications.– Rental car facilities.– Other projects as identified in the airport’s master plan.– General architectural design services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
