A government authority in Richmond, VA is seeking qualified firms to provide professional architectural consulting services for a range of airport facility projects. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive design services, including conceptual design, preparation of construction documents, bidding and negotiation assistance, and construction phase services.

Projects covered under this contract may include relocation and development of general aviation facilities, modifications to airport tenant spaces, analysis and renovation of commission-owned buildings, upgrades to airport maintenance facilities, terminal and concourse modifications, improvements to rental car facilities, and additional projects identified in the airport’s master plan. General architectural design services are also required.

Interested consultants should note that all questions regarding the project must be submitted by February 12, 2026. The initial contract period will be for one year.
