(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Covington, KY.– Professional Architectural and Engineering firms with demonstrable successful experience performing historic preservation project scopes including but not limited to professional design and construction support services to rehabilitate.– The selected firm will provide and perform all necessary architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and any other requisite and related engineering services and deliver a complete, construction–ready design package.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2026.
