(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Thomasville, GA. Agency is inviting all qualified vendors to submit a proposal to initiate the selection of an architectural design partner and requests interested and qualified firms to submit proposals for professional architectural and engineering services, including programming verification, design, permitting, and construction administration for the Agency Auditorium Capital Improvements Project. Professional Services from an architectural design firm (Firm) are required to lead and manage all disciplines required to plan, design, permit, and administer construction. Phases: • Life Safety & Deferred Maintenance: – Programming Verification – Schematic Design – Design Development – Construction Documents – Construction Management / General Contractor Bidding • Facility Enhancements: – Programming Verification – Schematic Design – Renderings – Two (2) interior renderings and a conceptual site plan suitable for marketing/fundraising collateral. – Design Development (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026. (3) Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on January 5, 2026.
