A government authority in Thomasville, Georgia is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional services for the Agency Auditorium Capital Improvements Project. The selected firm will be responsible for leading and managing all disciplines necessary to plan, design, permit, and administer construction activities associated with these improvements.

Scope of services includes programming verification, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The project encompasses life safety and deferred maintenance elements, as well as facility enhancements.
