Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Harris, TX. Services include: providing professional services in connection with the design and construction of various County facilities; programming and test–fit; space planning; schematic design; design development; construction documents; cost estimating; permitting; value engineering; bidding phase services; construction administration; closeout documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
