(1) Vendor needs to provide professional activities modernization faculty report service and solution.– Provide a modern, commercial, configurable faculty reporting of professional activities software solution and associated professional services.– resulting solution will replace the University's current in–house faculty information system (FIS) processes that are no longer capable of meeting business and technical needs.– currently uses a mix of in–house developed software and commercial products to manage faculty data and processes.– Process, used for annual merit reviews, is supported by legacy systems that no longer meet institutional needs.– proposer– or consortia–supported software tool or system that meets the mandatory requirements for FRPA and incorporates as many highly desired features as possible.– Professional services to perform configuration and integration of the selected tool for a pilot implementation.– A single provider offering both software and professional services for configuration and implementation.– A provider offering software licensing with support and professional services from an integration or implementation partner.– A combined proposal that includes software licensing, support, and implementation services.– Pilot deployment for fewer than 100 faculty users.– Full deployment for the subsequent reporting cycle.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
