(1) Vendor needs to provide production promotional materials and items service. Requires the services of a promotional contractor to assist in the design, production and delivery of promotional materials. Develop and implement, as required, marketing and promotion ideas. Required to complete the integration of all promotion campaigns from initial creative concept and design. Including creative conceptualization, design layout, art direction, integration of comments, design revisions, creation of pdf files, digital files, pre-production and final production. Promotional campaign may be composed all of the following items: Notebooks, hand sanitizer, utensil set, volunteer T-shirts, drawstring bag, tote bag. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
