This RFP seeks vendors to provide a service for developing benchmarks for procedure codes. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying benchmarks for each service code, considering national rates, state-based rates, ZIP codes, and differentiating between rural and non-rural classifications.

Benchmarks should draw upon a range of credible sources, including industry standards, federal and state government data, and other authoritative references. The vendor will also be required to offer ongoing support to assist with interpreting and updating underlying fee schedule data, benchmarks, and associated analyses. All benchmarks must be statistically valid, transparent, and maintained with regular updates throughout the supporting period.
