(1) Vendor needs to provide probabilistic genotyping DNA analytical software.– Provide and support probabilistic genotyping software to enhance the DNA analysis capabilities of the forensic biology unit.– Software must be robust, integrate seamlessly into the existing DNA workflow, and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of DNA data interpretation and statistical evaluation.– Software must incorporate models for artifacts like stutter, allelic drop–in, dropout, amplification efficiency, and degradation to enhance interpretation accuracy.– Improve laboratory efficiency and manage high workloads effectively, ensuring timely analysis and reporting.– System must incorporate relevant variables, including the number of contributors, peak heights, stutter, drop–in, dropout, and mixture proportions.– Software must account for potential relatedness among contributors by adjusting calculations accordingly.– Software should allow comparison of results with relevant population databases for population genetic analysis.– Software must include robust tools to facilitate comprehensive validation of analytical methods in accordance with forensic standards.– Software must generate comprehensive, clear, and well–structured reports that detail all critical aspects of the DNA mixture analysis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 05, 2025.
