(1) Vendor needs to provide private roads erosion inventory program development service to the government authority located in VT. – Agency is seeking a qualified technical consultant with experience conducting Road Erosion Inventories to join the Private Roads Advisory Team for Phase 1 of this project. – Develop and implement criteria for the prioritization of private road segments – Review and make recommendations for private road standards and revisions – Develop and implement a Technical Assistance program to build capacity for private road erosion inventories in sub-watersheds. – The consultant will also remain on board during Phase to help answer any questions that arise when road erosion inventories are being conducted. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
