The objective is to modernize and streamline operations, reducing dependence on outdated manual procedures, and enhancing the experience for clients, private bar lawyers, and agency staff.

The proposed system should provide an integrated process that offers centralized tracking and storage of client communications and histories, real-time and ad hoc reporting capabilities, and robust case management features such as policy enforcement, workflow automation, case assignment, and request intake via dynamic online forms. Additionally, the solution must support document attachment and storage in a range of file formats, execute pre-defined workflows based on established rules, and automate the management of worklists and case flagging.
