(1) Vendor needs to provide prior authorization API solution. – The solution must: – Implement Prior Authorization APIs per CMS Final Rule – Integrate with QNXT and Jiva – Support real-time workflows, security, and compliance – Provide robust reporting and audit capabilities – Prior Authorization API solution that complies with the Federal Final Rule, integrates with QNXT and Jiva, and supports operational needs for Medicare Advantage and Medi-Cal plans. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
