DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing services for the Division of Licensing. The services required include the production of 60,000 Class “D” Security Officer License Application Instruction packets (I4000), each measuring 8 ½” x 11” with no allowed deviation in size. Each packet must be six pages, consisting of three double-sided sheets (front and back) plus one blank page; black ink must be used on all sheets with no bleed-through permitted.
Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for printing the Class “D” Security Officer License Application forms (FDACS–16007) on 24 lb. OCR paper, which must be compatible with the Kodak I5200 duplex color scanner. Paper specifications and print quality are critical, with 55 lb. offset or 20 lb. register bond required for instruction packets and strict adherence to front/back print integrity. All vendor questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
