A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing services for general marketing and agency-wide print requests. The scope of services includes the production of stationery products, business cards, brochures, annual, financial, and operational reports. Additional specialties required include die cut projects such as paper trains and stickers, large-format printing on materials like paper, polystyrene, plastics, and foam board, as well as lamination with encapsulation, UV ink printing, and floor graphics.

Vendors should also be equipped to deliver digital prints, mailing services, promotional cards with unique codes, 3D printing, screen printing, and offset lithography. The awarded contract will span a three-year period. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 18, 2026, and all questions pertaining to the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
