A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide printing and mailing envelope services. Requirements include the production of several types of envelopes according to Department of Revenue specifications, such as:
Return envelopes without windows, 3 1/2" x 7 3/4", 24# white woven paper
Return envelopes with an open face window, 3 7/8" x 8 7/8", 24# white woven paper
