Vendor needs to provide printing, embroidery, artwork and promotional items supplies.– Providing printing services for business cards, envelopes, embroidery, apparel, and promotional items for staff and events. The organization employs approximately 100 full time employees and has recently updated the logo. Steady growth, requiring ongoing investment in public infrastructure to maintain safety and accessibility for residents, visitors, and businesses. Assist with printing and print services within branding guidelines and printing of the following products: • Business cards 2 sided. • Envelopes #10 500 per box printed. • Specialty, marketing products as needed. • Creation of marketing materials with bulk mailing capabilities to residents. Provide embroidery or silk screening of the following products: • Polo shirts. • Long sleeve shirts. • Mid length. • Jackets. • Promotional or marketing products. Provide apparel for staff and program participants. Embroidery and vinyl, as well as multiple color printing is required. Ability to store existing screens. The contract period will be for two years.
