The government authority in Woodstock, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for a permanent vote by mail invitation. Required services include preparation of mail pieces, encompassing printing, cutting, folding, inserting, and addressing. Printing is to be conducted in black ink only, with no color needed, and the mailing envelopes must display delivery addresses and any other necessary postal information to ensure first-class delivery rates. It is essential that the vendor does not alter delivery addresses during processing.
Additionally, the application form requires printing of each voter’s name, address, voter ID, and a bar-coded voter ID. The vendor will be responsible for bringing the completed mail pieces to the post office, sorting addresses for optimal postal rates, and providing a reasonable postage estimate to the Clerk at least 15 days before mailing. Upon receiving the estimate, the Clerk will allocate postage funds with the USPS. Vendors must submit all questions by June 5, 2026.
