The government authority in Woodstock, Illinois seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for a one-year contract period. Required services include preparing pieces for mailing, encompassing printing, cutting, folding, inserting, and ensuring all mail is ready for dispatch. Printing will be in black ink only, and must include recipient addresses, voter names and addresses, voter ID, and barcoded voter ID on the application forms. All delivery addresses and other pertinent mailing information must be properly printed on envelopes to satisfy first-class delivery requirements and secure the best possible postal rates.
The vendor will be responsible for supplying all necessary base components such as paper and envelopes. Tasks also include sorting mailing lists for optimal postal rates and delivering all items to the post office. All proposals must detail the services and materials included, with questions due no later than June 5, 2026.
