Key services include secure data processing, production of documents, and mailing via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Document printing must be performed on pressure-seal stock or a comparably secure format, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all stages.

Vendors are required to maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the printing and sealing processes and must be able to produce written reports in cases where errors or corrections are necessary. Within two business days of receiving a file, the vendor should supply draft images and a totals report. International mailing capabilities are required when applicable. Error reports must be provided if file processing issues are detected, and the vendor should allow at least one corrected replacement file submission without additional charge.

Before production, vendors will provide draft images and totals reports for review and must receive written approval to proceed.
