The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printed materials services. The selected vendor will produce high-quality printed materials that are consistent with the agency’s branding standards and communication objectives.
These services will support a range of needs, including educational resources such as flyers, brochures, and fact sheets, as well as outreach and engagement event materials like banners, pop-up tents, and tablecloths. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for producing business collateral for operational use, including business cards, contact cards, and general office stationery.
The contract will span three years, with all inquiries regarding the RFP to be submitted by June 11, 2026.
