The government authority in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide print and mail management services. All materials must be delivered on single face hardwood pallets featuring three 2” x 4” runners arranged lengthwise. Printed materials should be in 8.5x11 inch finish size, utilizing 1/0 c Pantone green ink.
Specifications for pallets include deck boards with a minimum thickness of 3/4” and maximum spacing of 1–1/2”. Pallets must be securely wrapped to ensure protection during shipment and storage. Loads must not exceed the pallet dimensions, and pallets should be two-way entry. Required pallet dimensions are a length between 44” (minimum) and 48” (maximum), width between 36” (minimum) and 48” (maximum), and total height including the pallet of 5’6”. The maximum gross weight per pallet is 4,000 lbs.
