(1) Vendor needs to provide primepoint payroll processing software. – Provide the Primepoint payroll processing platform with time and labor management system. – The ability to track all changes made in the system to include the user who made the change, value of the field prior to the change, and date and time of the change. – Ability to manage all forms of employee benefits including but not limited to monitoring benefit eligibility for variable hour employees. – Ability to create user roles within the system. – Ability to log employee events in real time. – Ability to create customizable queries that open in MS Excel. • Payroll processing services: – Full tax service. – Direct deposit. – Hire reporting. – Positive pay file. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
