A California agency is seeking a qualified vendor to maintain and provide technical support for its pretreatment and information management system, as well as its watershed protection information management system. These systems are essential tools used to manage the regulated pretreatment and industrial waste program and portions of the watershed protection program.
The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing technical support and maintenance activities. Key tasks include identifying and resolving software errors, bugs, and defects; providing debugging and code repair services; and restoring software functionality in the event of failures.
