The City of Mesa, Arizona is seeking a contractor to provide presort mail services for government operations. The selected vendor will be responsible for picking up mail, sorting and barcoding it, and ensuring same-day delivery to the Post Office.
The contractor must protect all city mail from weather and environmental exposure during transport, both from the city's facility to the contractor's facility and subsequently to the Post Office.
Additionally, vendors are required to provide a listing of contact names and dependable communication methods for service-related questions, available during both normal office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and after-hours (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
