(1) Vendor needs to provide preservation program service to the government authority located in Parker, CO.– The intent of the drawings and specifications is that the Trade Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with the contract documents and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in an acceptable manner, ready for use, occupancy or operation– This contract consists of but is not limited to approximately 354,000 square yards of type II slurry–seal on residential roadways, to include all associated traffic control and pavement markings.– This contract will also include approximately 500 tons of full–depth asphalt patching.
