The Town of Parker, Colorado is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preservation program services for residential roadways. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the project in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.

Core responsibilities involve the application of approximately 354,000 square yards of type II slurry-seal on designated residential roads. The contractor will also be responsible for all associated traffic control measures and the installation of pavement markings to ensure roadway safety and clarity. In addition, the contract includes approximately 500 tons of full-depth asphalt patching to repair and maintain the structural integrity of the roads.
