The selected presenting partner will be responsible for developing and presenting a season of live performances, which may include theatrical productions, concerts, comedies, and other similar events. Programming must align with the city's goals for family-friendliness, entertainment value, and economic vitality.

The partner will coordinate closely with the city regarding event scheduling, marketing efforts, and facility usage. They are expected to manage all aspects of production, covering staffing, licensing, and ticketing, while also submitting all proposed programming and promotional materials for city approval. Compliance with all relevant laws, city policies, and insurance requirements is essential.

Additionally, the partner must reserve and organize designated programming time for city-sponsored events and civic initiatives, as well as for local public and private school events, including those hosted by school clubs and student performing arts organizations.
