(1) Vendor needs to provide prescription drug monitoring program solution with collecting, monitoring, analyzing, prescribing, and dispensing prescription data pertaining to federally designated schedule II–IV controlled substances for online review by prescribers and dispensers.– Ingestion of data from the agency Registrant database.– Providing full–view and editing access to State staff, as requested and approved by the state– Enabling connectivity with electronic health records systems to ensure data availability to State–designated licensed healthcare facilities.– Supporting administrative reporting and allowing users to generate analytical reports.– Providing the ability to create additional user–types to state staff.– Automatic adaptation: The website's design changes dynamically to fit the screen size of the device, whether it's a desktop, tablet, or phone.– Flexible images: Images and media automatically scale down or up to fit their containing elements without distorting or causing horizontal scrolling.– Touch–friendly design: Buttons and links are large enough to be tapped easily, and gestures link pinch–to–zoom are supported.– Single website version: Use one codebase to serve all devices, eliminating the need for separate mobile and desktop versions of a site.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
