(1) Vendor needs to provide prescription drug monitoring program services to the government authority located in Concord, NH.– Ingestion of data from the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registrant database.– Ingestion of data from the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) National Provider Index (NPI) Registry.– Providing full–view and editing access to State staff, as requested and approved by the State– Providing full–view access to prescribers and licensed dispensers, as approved by the State.– Enabling connectivity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to ensure data availability to State–designated licensed healthcare facilities.– Supporting administrative reporting and allowing users to generate analytical reports.– Providing the ability to create additional user–types to State staff.– Single website version: Use one codebase to serve all devices, eliminating the need for separate mobile and desktop versions of a site.– Intuitive navigation patterns that feel natural on mobile devices.– Notifying the State via email when updates to the software solution become available.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
