An agency in California is seeking to engage one or more Value-Added Reseller (VAR) suppliers to provide preferred technology software and solutions reseller services in support of a multi-campus environment. The selected VARs will be expected to deliver competitively priced products with transparent commercial terms, including clear margin or cost-plus structures where applicable. Emphasis will be placed on strong service levels and comprehensive reporting to ensure best overall value and total cost of ownership for participating agencies.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: content management software and solutions, data management software and solutions, ERP/financial/HR cloud software and solutions, industry-specific cloud solutions, productivity and collaboration tools, artificial intelligence platforms (including generative AI, machine learning, and AI-enabled applications), systems software (such as operating systems, virtualization, and infrastructure software), cybersecurity solutions, and web accessibility software. The initial contract period is anticipated to last for five years. A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 26, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 9, 2026.
