A Kentucky agency is seeking proposals for a scalable predictive maintenance solution designed to enhance reliability and operational efficiency across 88 initial assets of varying types. The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating, deploying, and integrating a sensor platform capable of collecting and reporting real-time data, enabling 24/7 condition monitoring, early anomaly detection, and actionable insights. The objective is to reduce unplanned mechanical downtime, improve asset performance, and enhance the overall passenger experience.
The platform must be inherently flexible, supporting seamless addition of new features, modules, and integration with minimal disruption. It should scale easily to accommodate more assets and asset types throughout the contract term. Compatibility with standard browsers on desktop and mobile devices is expected, as well as integration with Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID for single sign-on, PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, Teams, and Office 365. Open API solutions are preferred.
Strong cybersecurity compliance is required, including adherence to industry best practices, documented processes for incident response, regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and clear remediation timelines. The platform must be SOC-2 compliant to ensure data security and trustworthiness.
