(1) Vendor needs to provide architect for predesign services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– This scope of work includes predesign services only, but the state reserves the right to continue with the consultant selected or has the option to conduct a new consultant selection process for future services for this project beyond those services– The total building size is anticipated to be approximately 54,761 gross square feet, derived from a programmed net area of approximately 39,682 square feet, supplemented by circulation and building grossing factors consistent with industry standards (2) The contract period will be for one year.
