The government authority in San Mateo, California, seeks qualified professional services to conduct a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) audit. The engagement will begin with a pre-audit review of investigative records, grievance documentation, intake and classification screening records, background, training and personnel records, and medical and mental health records.
