A Texas district is seeking proposals from qualified public relations, communications, and strategic planning firms to provide pre-bond planning and communication services in support of its bond programs. The selected vendor will play a key role in translating complex planning and financial data into clear and accessible public messaging, facilitating effective community engagement, and assisting District leadership and the Board of Trustees in communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include offering strategic consultation to the District, Board, Administration, staff, and advisory committees on facilities planning and bond program development. The scope of work involves facilitating meetings, shaping consistent messaging about facility improvement needs, and preparing presentations, talking points, and related materials for community and stakeholder groups.

Additionally, the firm will be expected to participate in community engagement events such as PTA meetings, campus forums, and other stakeholder activities, as well as to prepare regular update reports on bond planning and program progress for distribution to the community and District leadership. The contract will be for a one-year period.
