(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–bond planning and communication services – Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified public relations, communications, and strategic planning firms to provide Pre–Bond Planning and Bond Communications Services– Supporting pre–bond planning and communications efforts by translating complex planning and financial information into clear, accessible public messaging; facilitating meaningful community engagement; and assisting District leadership and the Board of Trustees in communicating effectively with stakeholders• Pre–Bond Planning and Initiation Phase– Provide strategic communications and public relations consultation to the District, Board of Trustees, Administration, Staff, and advisory committees related to facilities planning, bond program development, and community engagement; facilitate meetings as requested; and assist in shaping clear, consistent messaging regarding facility improvement needs– Prepare and deliver presentations, talking points, and supporting materials at the request of the Owner for community groups, stakeholder organizations, and civic groups regarding proposed improvement programs and bond planning efforts• Communications Activities– Prepare for and participate in community bond update meetings, including PTA meetings, campus meetings, community forums, and other stakeholder engagement events as requested by the Owner.– Prepare regular bond planning and bond program update reports for review by the community, District staff, leadership, and Board of Trustees(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
